Overhead Travelling Cleaner
The Company pioneered the concept of Overhead Traveling Cleaners in India. ELGI Electric offers four models of Over Head Traveling Cleaners, Electrokleen, Nugen, Superkleen (Belt type), Nugen-W (weaving) and four types of railing system namely closed Power duct, Open Bus Bar type (New Design), Cable&Chain Link (Brush Less) type and Belt driven. The company offers customized solutions to every application, be it spinning or weaving, straight or curved path, it’s range has just the right product for every application.
Yarn Conditioning Systems
Elgi Electric with over 50 years of experience in Textile Engineering brings you the state-of -the-art yarn conditioning system model PROFIX. The objective of yarn conditioning system is to restore the natural properties of yarn like moisture content and to improve the strength and elongation. The system adopts a unique design with the separate energy vessel outside the conditioning chamber for producing cold saturated steam. This ensures the vacuum level up to 95% in order to gain uniform moisture content in the yarn.

Given this broad range of hazards, the capability of Argus suppression systems to integrate with multiple suppression agents is a key advantage. Various Argus configurations can employ FM-200 Clean Agent, Dry Chemical, carbon dioxide gas, and water, depending on the nature of the fire hazard, the type of equipment protected, and the customer’s requirements.
